1 YEAR minimum. The first 2 months is a training period.
For this reason we ask for a 1 year minimum so that we will be able to get a real lightening
of our own work load.
JOB
DESCRIPTION:
Help run and maintain the finca in all different aspects. Most of your time
will be spent in reception, administration, computer work, attend in the Slow
Food Gardencafé, informing and helping the guests; instruction of the staff;
maintenance of the biological gardens, support harvest day & processing of herbs
& fruits, and check the daily sales.
We are looking for a responsible & flexible fast-learner with lots of humour, to relieve us from the everyday tasks of running the Finca.
We can´t have the stressy smoking type.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English and Spanish. Our local staff only speaks Spanish.
EXPERIENCE: All of the following experiences would be useful: Travel in Bolivia;
Food- & Hotel Service; Health food Gardening; Trip and Travel Leaders; Computer Skills; Handy Work; Small Business Administration; Management; Farm Work & Horse riding.
SCHEDULE: Flexible, one day off per week.
AGE: Ideally 33+. We want a competent, capable and mature co-worker.
Must fit her/himself in and we must get along well.
SALARY: After training period US$ 200 to 300 monthly (1 person or a couple), depending on progress,
plus free room and board.
